“The service was excellent and the staff very very helpful helping me decide the best glasses to suit me. The glasses were delivered very quickly (in less time than was quoted) and they were great quality. Couldn't believe that I had a designer pair of glasses for a fraction of the price that I would have paid elsewhere. Will definitely use them again and have told all my family and friends.”

“After seeing advertisement in my local Newark Advertiser newspaper, I went to view frames etc and I was very impressed with products on offer, plus the knowledgeable and friendly staff. I have since taken my daughter who also had a pair of glasses who was more finicky (a girl thing!) I would highly recommend there services and I will certainly use again. Mr Longden”

“I am extremely satisfied with my Stepper distance rimless specs, polycarbonate thinner lenses. They are very light and comfortable and half the price of high street and shall be ordering Stepper reading specs. Fast delivery, high quality product.”

“Did a bit of research before jumping in. Saw a pair of Ted Baker glasses that I loved at Brent Cross Shopping Mall in North London. Pleased to say I was able to buy them with varifocal lenses for half the price...and I love them...thanks for your help...much appreciated.”

“The "try at home" service was excellent! I was very pleased that the person who answered the phone was also able to answer my various questions about, for example, how many pairs I could try and whether I could exchange for a different selection. The chosen pairs arrived very quickly for me to try, carefully packaged and returning them was a simple process. Having spent hours searching unsuccessfully in my own optician's premises and waiting while they ordered alternatives for me to try this was, in the end, where I found the frames I was after all along - and took them to my own optician to glaze. The perfect solution! Thanks for your help, GFL!”
