“Excel Level 1 helped me build my basic knowledge of excel functions. This course did a great job of helping brush up on skills I already had and taught me new ways to use excel.”

“Global Knowledge tries hard to make sure you understand the material. My most recent class with Richard was very thought provoking but I came away with a great understanding of the course material. The material was outside of my "wheel house" but he was able to make it relatable.”

“I was warned by coworkers that learning ITIL would be like chewing on Sandpaper, that's how dry it is. However, to my surprise the material was not dry at all! Thanks to the instructor I was able to enjoy what I was learning and hope many more students will get that opportunity as well.”

“Excellent and detail info for the powershell. I definitely use the skills at work to do my job easier. It was very comprehensive course. Ashlie - is very professional and knowledgeable. “Very comprehensive course. Allows training in labs so that you get "hands on" experience. Instructor is very professional and knowledgeable. Able to answer and help with course content questions and also "local" application questions. Enjoyed taking this course.”

“I have been to the facilities in Arlington, VA and Cary, NC. Both are very nice. The staff is usually nice and respond quickly to requests. This is no reflection on the training material - it can be pretty bad at times. For example, the Azure training from Microsoft is proving to be questionable at best. This is not GK's fault.”
