“K was an excellent instructor who took the time to explain the conceptual foundation of ITIL CSI. His vast experience as a civil servant and his leadership on various IT projects only adds to his classroom teaching. I particularly appreciated his constant emphasis on effective strategies to pass the certification exam. K showed a constant willingness to go above and beyond and address any questions or concerns.”
