“The course covered A LOT of content in just a week's time. My instructor, Parag, worked to make sure the course was both engaging and fun. He also took the time to get to know us on both a professional and personal level so that he could tailor the learning experience to match. I highly recommend taking a course through Global Knowledge!”

“James made this course fun and the ability to pay attention and be interested in the course. Great personality to be an instructor. Explains everything very well and takes questions great and when help is needed he there. I feel like he enjoys doing this cause of the great attitude.”

“I've been working for almost 40 years and this is easily in the top 5 classes I have ever taken. The material was very interesting to me and the instructor was fabulous. He knew the material, he was engaging, and the class was structured to make it easy to learn. I especially liked the labs and the explanation afterwards - the instructor did not just move on but rather went over each lab in detail.”

This training is important for my career growth and found a lot of great examples for accurate reporting and to gather data and find alternative ways to present documentation.
