“I'm sure all proctors are good with Global Knowledge, but if you get a choice....look for Gary Cox, JUST PLAIN AWESOME!! great learning experience and fun. Yes, the course was a week long, but around halfway....you wish it was 2 more weeks. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!”

“Great experience in the ITIL 4 Foundation course. Began the course understanding very little about ITIL. After completion, I now have a very solid understanding of principles and practices promoted by ITIL v4 and I've already begun assessing how we can begin ("Start from where you are") using what we have to implement needed changes.”

“The ITIL 4 Foundation training was on point. This training has a lot of information but was provided in an easy to understand manner with several easy to relate to scenarios that all participants could understand. The instructor showed his confidence in the topic and his knowledge was shared successfully to the participants. The website for classroom structure as well as access were also easy to manage and everything is right at your fingertips!”

“I took the Project Manager Overview course and I couldn't be more happy. I finish today and I have another idea and concept about the role. I can know identify opportunities, assess risks, build a plan and I learned the importance of communication. I would recommend to everyone.”

“This was my first class, on AWS, from GK. The training and instructors are consistently superior to all other training providers. I am lucky and my employer pays for training, but if they didn't then I know I would pay for this out of my own pocket.”
