“I have been taking virtual classes for years now and Global Knowledge has been the best. I have taken classes with Learning Tree and other vendors. But with Global Knowledge classes were always prepare, instructors were very knowledgeable, the materials and labs were always very helpful with the hands on and the supplemental materials given by the instructors are priceless. I am taking more classes as my career evolves.”

“I recently took several courses from the Edmonton branch of Global Knowledge. It was a great experience. The courses I took were Microsoft level 1 and 2, it was very informative. I learned new skills that I will be able to implement immediately at my work. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. I had questions from the start about the surrounding areas as I wasn't familiar with downtown and the admin assistant Lina was very attentive. My instructors Joanna, Denise and Wally were amazing. I definitely am indebted to them.”

“K was an excellent instructor who took the time to explain the conceptual foundation of ITIL CSI. His vast experience as a civil servant and his leadership on various IT projects only adds to his classroom teaching. I particularly appreciated his constant emphasis on effective strategies to pass the certification exam. K showed a constant willingness to go above and beyond and address any questions or concerns.”

“Parag Savla was a fantastic teacher for the Security + exam. You can tell he really cares about the students learning the material instead of simply passing a test. I learned a lot and feel well equipped to tackle the security challenges and incidents I will experience in my career.”
