“This was my first time taking a class with Global Knowledge but I was completely satisfied. I will definitely look into other training opportunities that they offer and the instructor, Aaron Snell, was top notch. He's very knowledgeable and did a great job teaching”

“I was fortunate to take ITIL 4. The material is dry, and the foundation course has a lot of definitions and is fast-moving. The instructor, Michael Bardeh, made the material easy to understand and his way of teaching and delivering the course was easy to follow and kept me engaged. His experience and practical knowledge made the course very relevant.”

“I have personally never enjoyed the information security field, finding the topic a bit boring for my taste. That said, my GK instructor for the Security + certification prep class for CompTIA, Lane Williams, still managed to make the material interesting and engaging. I'm actually looking forward to studying this material and taking this exam now!”

“I have over 20 years in IT and have taken numerous training courses in various technologies. The recent SQL Server 2016 Admin training was the most satisfactory with the amazing instructor Graeme Purves. Very knowledgeable and I Highly recommend him. A very pleasant learning experience I had.”

“Tony Gonzales is a fantastic trainer. He mixes lecture and labs and breaks to keep the course flowing and the material easy to understand. Global Knowledge needs to have a way to test equipment for labs. My suggestion is the first day of training have a tech allocated to the class to resolve issues. We spent hours of the course of the week with other users PCs, tablets and network connection issues. Best bet is to leave your Ipad and Mac PC behind the labs appear to work better on windows based PCs.”

“GK has to be at the forefront for all business training regimen. Just finished my 2nd GK course and I am truly excited to start applying the knowledge I just learned. What I believe sets GK above the rest is that the Instructors are well versed in their trade-craft and extremely personable. Its certainly a win / win all around. Thank you GK !!”

“Global Knowledge has done a great job putting together courses that are taught by very knowledgable instructors. They made the classes very easy to follow and understand. The hands-on labs were the best thing that I found. You apply what you have learned after each chapter. I totally recommend Global Knowledge.”
