We completed an end of course evaluation with the instructor. Course content was good and benefited from instructor delivery. Pitched at right level.

I think it has been a good training but it can be improved if teacher tries to get interaction/feedback/participation with the members of the course.

Thought the course was good and the instructor was excellent, felt like there was almost too much to fit into the 3 days though and kind of rushed to complete the labs, also some of the labs didn't work properly due to missing or incorrect information.

Good course, well delivered - however reliance on student's knowledge of 410 could have been made clearer

to do the cases you need to have a strong personel infrastructure. WIFI is not enough. You need LAN.

overall, the course was good and provided me with important knowledge. I felt it was a little too much for 5 days and that 6 days would be more fitting for the amount of material. there was not enough time for labs as well because of this. another annoying issue is that the lab environment gets closed when the course ends, it would be great to have it open for a few more weeks for self-study. the instructor was good and patient, I felt there were a few topics that didn't get enough attention during the course but as I mentioned, time was an issue. Thank you!

Claire Mathew has been very helpful in arranging the training and assessment for me and my colleagues in Vodafone. Very Professional and friendly staff at the training centre.

I was well prepared for the exam and the instructor had an excellent knowledge of the subject and was happy to answer questions. However, for me, I felt his delivery was more suited to a larger group.

As I have never worked in a big company or practiced ITIL before (been here 4 weeks) I found it harder than most as everyone else seemed to know most of the terms etc. I would have found it more useful if the instructor had been able to give examples of the processes and functions so I had something to relate them with as I was pretty confused with a lot of the terms.

Good Training Course. Some issues with Labs not being fully tested and amendments provided so did not work fully, on the plus side gave us a chance to practice troubleshooting skills

The trainer should engage the trainees more

I attended a GK course on the 27th April 2016. This was the 'Selling Business Outcomes' Cisco course. This was a comprehensive course that would benefit sales professionals or sales engineers who need to sell Cisco - related products and services.

The "VMware 6.0 What's new" was a good course, but unfortunately we are on VSphere 5.0 Enterprise currently and the main discussion assumes that the users are on VSphere 5.5 and using the Enterprise Plus features of 5.5. It still gave me a good idea. I possibly should have gone for the 5 day install and configure. The disappointing thing was that no course notes were provided. Course notes are online. I like to make notes in the books within the chapters as we go along not a separate piece of paper. As there were only 5 people on the course the classroom had about 15-20 seats. So all students were spread around and unfortunately I needed to be close to front.
