“I was skeptical about Go Roostr when I first found the website. But after successfully selling them my broken laptop AND receiving the money through PayPal (instantly, once they received the device). “This is a great company. Communication is excellent. The price they offer for used equipment is very fair. The turn around was fast. The slowest part was shipping but during a pandemic it arrived within a reasonable amount of time. I will definitely use this company again for equipment sales and recommend them to others.”

“Sent in two MacBook Airs and Go Roostr shipped me a check with tracking within 1 day of receiving them, exactly as quoted online. Meanwhile I shipped 1 laptop to another company at the same time, and am still waiting for even a confirmation response while I’ve already deposited my check from Go Roostr. Definitely recommend for apple products, I wish they did laptops like Lenovo as well!”
