“I had a six year old MacBook Pro that I wanted to trade in and I came across Go Roostr after finding one other buying site difficult to navigate to the end. The process with Go Roostr was seamless, as I put in the serial number and then answered a few questions about condition. The website was helpful in describing exactly how to rate condition including how to find out the battery condition. The online quote came with a prepaid shipping label. Payment was made as quoted as soon as the laptop was received at Go Roostr. Communication through the process was great. I would highly recommend these guys and will use them again when I am ready to sell back another device.”

“I had a water damaged Macbook Air that Apple said they would be happy to recycle it for me but working with GoRoostr was great. It was super easy to enter the device information and get a very quick quote. The process to mail the device was very easy thru FedEx and once GoRoostr received it, they processed the payment within the next day! Honestly, the hardest part of the whole process was on my end, to make sure I removed documents, signed out of iCloud, disabled find my mac, etc. But GoRoostr provided excellent step by step instructions on how to handle. Overall, would highly recommend GoRoostr!”

“WOW, Once I knew they received my ipad they sent a email confirming that and then another within a day or so that payment was sent. Check was sent in days and not weeks.... Fast and great service. “My MacBook Air stopped working out of nowhere right before school started and would’ve cost more to fix than to buy a new one. Didn’t want to throw it away since it was still in pretty good shape, but I also didn’t want it lying around. I ended up finding this website to sell it for a good price considering it doesn’t turn on at all anymore. Shipped my laptop & charger on a Monday and got my payment on a Friday. They’re a fast and trustworthy company. I would def recommend selling any electronics you have lying around in your home.”
