“I was not able to get anything on my broken devices anywhere, so I searched online and there was Go Roostr with all the great reviews and on BBB. I gave it a try and wella! Got paid and dealt with a very professional experience! Except that my check kinda arrived late because they had a snow storm so I was kinda skeptical and thought I got scammed again but with all the good reviews I had hope so, Thank you Mr. Jon S. for being patient and explaining to me with the immediate responses!”

“This company is AMAZING. My laptop had water spilled on it and wouldn’t turn on, but was otherwise in absolutely perfect condition. Not a scratch. Working charger, original box, the whole nine yards. Every other place offered me literally $0. They offered me $179. I was skeptical, but with every other place being $0, I didn’t have anything to lose. It was the simplest thing I’ve ever done. They gave me a label, I took it to FedEx, and that was it. They received it today, processed it today, and paid me today. The entire amount. I thought surely they’d try to say it was worth less than they quoted and they didn’t. I am entirely pleased with this whole experience. Best thing I’ve ever done.”

“Couldn’t have been more straightforward. I entered my computer info into the site, they gave a quote to buy it from me that was slightly higher than other services I checked, they sent me a FedEx shipping label, I dropped it off at a FedEx collection point and within a week, they had Venmo’d me the full amount they quoted. From discovery of their site to me paid was 6 days total. Awesome service.”
