“The day was amazing! The only reason I felt it was good and not very good was based on your video / photo package. I understand this is a great way to boost profits for you and allow me as a client to take home some amazing evidence of the day but I was a little upset that I paid for a Go Pro camera and then was told it is an extra £30 to get the photos. The reason why this felt so wrong is that I know, and your clerk also confirmed this, that the Go Pro was taking photos as it was filming, so no extra work was needed to gather these ‘shots’ yet I was asked to pay more – which I did not! It’s important that you make a profit – and I get that. But in this case it’s one step too far in your favour . . . .”

“loved every min of the skydive! Didnt think the organisation of keeping groups together was very good though? i was waiting over 2 hours to even get kitted up, and was very frustrating watching other people that had arrived cosiderably after myself get called straight through. There were no weather warnings but i am aware that waits are often expected due to this.”

“Everything about the actual skydive was brilliant, cannot fault the professionalism or the staff team. I paid for still photos and they were not included on the dvd and although promised by the office team they have still not arrived after 10 days - disappointed!”

“The good points : It was the best thing I've ever done , the instructor was very nice and gave me all the information I needed and made sure I was ok all and I would do it again Bad points Toilets were poor and un clean , we booked it as a team and we do understand that there's a weight limit to each flight and also it's how you figure out who goes on what but even after one of my team asked to make sure we were on the same flight she nearly ended up by her self , it wasn't a problem that all of us couldn't do it as a team but we couldn't let one person do it on there own , this is a scary thing that you do and she was very frightened , and there wasn't much information as to which flight we would be on , there was a 2 hour wait for us Over all it was a good experience and I would recommend it to any one , the bad points is just me being picky , hope this helps Ryan fletcher”

“The sky dive was such an amazing experience, one of which i hope to do again. My only criticism (if it can be called that) is that we weren't warned of the difficulty in breathing during the free fall. Myself and party all felt it extremely hard to breath during the free fall which we were not aware of. Perhaps during the briefing this could have been stated so we knew what to expect. Otherwise AMAZING!”

“Thank you GoSkydive for an excellent day and for returning us to earth safely. I was really impressed with the team and all the facilities for families, I was however dissapointed you did not get me and my girlfriend on the same plane or even the same day after paying so much money. But, we still had an amazing time and would recommend you unreservedly. D.Kinsey”

“Enjoyed the servise and whole experience. Disapointed with video footage that cost me £100. The promotional video at the beginning is longer than my personal video. I understand there are many costs involved but still the cost of the video and the lengh are not balanced.”

“Go Skydive at Old Sarum, Salisbury operate a very good event. Every member of the staff was friendly and helpful, especially considering that they have the same dumb questions from clients over and over. The experience was brilliant, there was just one thing which I wish I had been told in the training session which would have made the experience more enjoyable, but on the whole an exciting, exhilarating experience.”
