Scam company. I booked skydive with them. They took my money. When I turned up the place was closed and now they refuse to answer my emails. Do not book with them.

What a rip off! Paid for my son in October to do a skydive. Initially paid a deposit which is understandably non refundable.. they repeatedly kept cancelling over a 11 month period.. looked into our rights for breach of contract and online says we’ve the right to a refund as it’s due to duress and frustration. Given them adequate time .. the manager or the person who claimed he’s the boss and CEO( don’t think so) giving it the big one telling me to go to the bank and he’s not having this conversation (excellent CS skills I must say) will not even discuss a partial refund.. oh well time to contact the bank for a disputed sale. Contracts stated below our rights. Retaining peoples hard earned monies in the financial climate we’re all in at the moment. Oh and on the last scheduled jump demanding full payment all of a sudden.. tell you why.. as they’re coming to the end of the jumps for the season so can pocket money until march.

Treated like cattle the whole day, then refused a refund when we got rained out. Would not recommend.

Wasted 14 hours of my life and almost lost money “NO REFUND” Wasted 14 hours today and they cancelled. No refund or that’s what they think they can do. Report your payment to bank. If you want to waste 14 hours of your life and your money, this is the company to go to. Today after driving 2 hours to get to their airfield and 2 hours back to London, they CANCEL IT because of bad weather. After spending 10 hours on the airfield getting sunburn ...... First it was the clouds (clouds, bad weather and I got sunburn), then it was the wind speed (check online windspeed was under 20 knot and they were saying oo its more then 20). After they cancel asked for refund "WE DON`T DO REFUNDS". Well guess what you will do from now on. If they cancel on you and YOU don't want to reschedule AND MAYBE jump next time, report the transaction to your bank for services not RECEIVED (and that is the case). I don't get why people don't defend their rights and get their money back if they literary make people come back 2 times (there were people coming back for second time and then got canceled).... There are other company in UK that do skydive (I will not write their name so it doesn't look like advertisement) BUT DON`T WASTE MONEY AND TIME WITH GOSKYDIVE. IF YOU DID THE MISTAKE OF PAYING THEM, REPORT YOUR TRANSACTION TO THE BANK FOR SERVICE NOT DELIVERED. DO NOT CHECK THE POSITIVE (PROBABLY FAKE). CHECK THE NEGATIVE AND YOU WILL SEE WHAT KIND OF SERVICES THEY RUN. I didn't believe the negative comments (people rescheduling for the second time) until it happened today as well. They overbook the day (don't care good bad weather they will take the money) and then reschedule for next time MAYBE you will jump.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I booked the Gold AFF package for £1800 but after 4 months have conducted zero of the jumps and progressed no further than ground school. This company is a complete rip off and should be avoided by everyone. The AFF course began with terrible communication, the first dates I booked for ground school were cancelled due to a lack of instructors. When a date was offered it was too windy to jump and the instructor told racist jokes during the course. What followed was four months of booking weekdays and weekends to jump only to be told that their they lacked capacity, instructors, or the weather was too poor. Now into November the airfield is closed until next year but as I'm due to deploy with the military overseas I stand no chance of continuing the course and they are refusing a refund. In summary I paid £1800 for 6 hours of racist ground school and four months of excuses. Terrible company, terrible service, how they have licence to operate is outrageous.

Do not use this company currently fighting for a refund. Paid £440 for a sky five with £50 deposit on top. 5pm day before jump received email confirming jump. Booked hotel £100 and paid for a taxi from London to goskydive £200. Arrived at 7.15am as told and then told sorry jump cancelled. They cancelled 2hrs before via email.at 4am! No call nothing. I was in a taxi before 4am so i did not see the email Terrible customer service. Who cancels 2 hours before i wasnt the only.one left out of pocket and furious that day. They state weather changed. These things are monitored by computer update the weather does not change in 2hours to the point the jump cant go ahead. More like.human error. Word of warning ⚠️ do not use this company My experience has been horrendous.

I cannot praise Go Sky Dive enough and am telling everyone about you and advocate Sky Dive for their great friendly, reassuring service, value for money the wonderful experience from the Tandem jump

I did a tandem skydive a few weeks ago at 10,000ft and whilst the jump was amazing... Everything else was shoddy! On the day, I had an afternoon slot but the afternoon had been bad in the morning so I was told after an hour of sitting around with NO information that I may not get to jump at all as they'd moved the morning people into the afternoon and we may have to come back on another day! That was a shock as I'd travelled 140 miles and booked a hotel. When I was sent through to complete my registration I found that I wasn't on the list to jump... I was told I should have registered earlier - I did explain that I'd tried, but the member of staff had told me I didn't need to and I'd be called through to register when they were ready. The lady in front of me had the same issue. We were told that within 40 minutes they should know a plan and they'd let us know - they never did!! After 3.5 hours of waiting my name was eventually called and I got to jump. It was an amazing experience and I was so glad that my partner had included the cameraman for a dvd (at a cost of £99). I was meant to be able to take the dvd home on the day, but I was told we'd have to wait until about 8pm for it! Instead they said they could post it out the same evening, which was a fairly happy compromise. The dvd never arrived so I chased it up and was promised it'd been posted, but they'd send another copy the same day. Again, it never arrived so I chased it again and they said they'd send a 3rd copy by recorded delivery. Again, it didn't arrive! I eventually got to speak to a manager and was told the footage hadn't recorded and they'd NEVER sent me a copy obviously. What an absolute bunch of liars! Come rely ruined the experience! I asked for a full refund but they refused!
