“l think it would be a good idea to have the choice of existing member of RAC, l found website not the easiest, on the plus side the live chat answered all queries and being able to have the transcript of this puts my mind at rest, will be good if l get paper copies of insurance in post.”

“Hi I've brought car insurance of you yesterday , but at first trying to buy car insurance was very had on my phone every time I tried to buy it, it would not go on to buy it just was not having any password I put in don't know why it didn't do it, I did report it but I need to get it sorted ,so I went to my daughters house where she had a lap top and she sorted it for me, but I ended up paying a bit more because it came up at a different price, so don't know why it didn't work on my phone in the first place it's a new phone even my daughters sed its not easy to do tuk her some time to do very stressful ( put price wise you was the cheapist”

“Very easy to get quotes but when looked a few hours later the first three cheap quotes were not listed. When I queried the first two were not mentioned and the third quote that interested me had increased by£40+ So sorted myself with another company and a cheaper price.”

“found gocompare okay but clicking to obtain a policy was a daunting affair. In fact I thought I had clicked into a different site the house insurance I wanted was for £110 Policy Expert and I ended up paying £116 to Onecall. Then lots of "add ons" which made the policy more expensive than the payment quote.”

“Go compare is useful for filtering the best value motor insurance price. It could be improved if it had filters for all the optional extras like personal injury and legal assistance etc. Only select what you want. It would also help if I could choose the level of breakdown cover required. All the suggestions would make obtaining the best price so much quicker.”

“Was happy going g on this site but disappointed that when I finally found the price I was looking for to actually go through with it cost another £12.50 on top as they were a call centre,dont recall being advised if this or even seeing g it!! Be aware ppl”
