“I have realised that this year Gocompare price gone up from £253 to £289. However their price does not include some services of previous quote. From the other hand all insurance companies raised their quotations gradually this year. Therefore I am in doubts who to find.”

“be quite honest a little disapointed ... went all the way through working out the quote and then when i came to pay the site froze on 2 occasions - i was so frustrated that i had to ring the nsurer direct and even with my quote number had to go through he whole thing again losing another 20 minutes before i could pay and get on with my life. I bet i didnt get my free £250 excess !”

“Disappointed I could not speak to anyone on the phone. Although I had bought insurance through yourselves, and at a good price, when I tried to access my account I was told I did not match any details and I had to log in by Amazon. The price made me happy but I hope you can repair the glitch I mentioned.”

“Had to provide information too many times, The comparisons are fine,but then you repeat the information for the chosen company. someone then comes on the phone to say they have other companies and a possible better deal. This then involves yet a further repeat of all the information given at the start.”

“It gave a choice to pick cheaper suitable insurance. But it’s annoying sometimes didn’t go forward to choose and pay . I had to change I phone to iPad then again iPhone then succeeded.”

“Usually GoCompare finds me a reasonable deal but unfortunately in searching car insurance they listed the 3 best quotes without naming the companies so I was unable to enter the company when requested which wasted a lot of my time.”
