“Only observation. My car was stolen, by criminals, not me, so my insurance premiums were increased. I was guilty of driving 33 MPH in 30 MPH limit. I paid the Police £100 pounds and received 3 points. My insurance premiums were increased again, for renewal. Are there any car related incidents, regardless of responsibility, where Insurers do not increase the premiums of the customers?”

“I got the quotes easily enough but could not get rid of the others when I had used a quote to insure my car. I cannot get the free excess cover either.”

“It's easy to find a comparison but a lot of people like another search for example driving other vehicles on third party. It would be nice if the search would also give more options.”

“Not necessarily happy. They phoned me to discuss my application and I needed to say that I only had skylight windows— a couple access able— and therefore had no locks. This prevented me from completing my application. Person transferred me to other person but phone not answered and I was left hanging. Eventually I hung up.”

“I sort out the insurance for both the family vehicles but getting a quote for 2 different cars is a bit of a nightmare, it always seems to default to the original vehicle details.”
