Disgusted with Swintons £150 increase from last years premium

However, the price you have been quoted is a renewal price for you to remain with the same insurer. By your scheme, Sainsbury's offered car insurance at £470 but when I went to the Sainsbury website it was £200 more expensive. Which to believe?

Prices virtually the same as on other compare sites so no cheaper. Have found an alternative price going direct

It would have been fine if left online but as soon as I got quotes I got a phone call from GoCompare which then put me through to someone else who took details I had already put in and then she put me through To someone else who did the same and then gave me a higher quote than the one I had online. I then clicked on the cheaper one online and got my insurance. I could have been done in half the time if left alone

I have tried all the price comparison sites and there is really nothing to choose between them. More incentives are required to tempt people to buy through them.

Seem to have problems matching up your quotation from General accident(1921117758) with transferring my present policy with them(808389455) Are you /they just bating me? Surely it should be straight forward vehicle sale/replacement.

Don't like the phonecall - it's a price comparison website, not telemarketing. If I wanted to arrange my insurance over the phone, I'd ring someone.

Would have been 5 stars but never got my link to free £250 Excess cover after I purchased car insurance.

Select the 'Free excess protection cover' tab at the top of the screen or after pressing the silhouette of the head and shoulders in the top right. Select the policy you have purchased or the 'Complete the form manually' link. Check that the redemption form is completed accurately. Choose how you would like the documents to be sent (Email/Post). Sometimes internet history can affect the way a website functions, so you could try clearing your internet history, cookies and cache. Alternatively you can get in touch with the insurer directly quoting your GoCompare reference number. Doing this will ensure you are still eligible for our £250 excess protection cover.
