“My family and i have had an excellent experience going up and down to our ski resort from Geneva Airport with Go Alpes. Very fast communication with Victoria, I had forgotten to mention that 2 children needed booster seats, she organized this with just a few hours advance notice. The drivers were both very careful on the road and I like the small touches of services - carsickness bags and water bottles on arrival. Thank you Victoria and GoAlpes and see you next year”

“We used Go Alpes for our transfer to Les Arc 2000 from Geneva and return. Communication from the booking process to the day of transfer was excellent. Any messages were replied to within a couple of hours. Both drivers were very helpful and safe Finally, in comparison to other companies Go Alpes were very competitively priced, we will definitely be using them again”

“Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. Professional and superb. Will definitely use again. We only used Go Alpes on the return journey as the company we originally used let us down dreadfully as described below. Go Alpes saved the day by organising our transfer return to Lyon airport. They arrived on time and ensured we avoided the traffic and made our flight with lots of time to spare. On the way there we used Amber transfers booked through Snow Compare. Absolutely avoid these for your family's safety. Arrived at Lyon 8.30 am. They arrived 2.5 hours late and seemed surprised that traffic is busy at half term. This meant arriving in resort late and not being able to sort kids skis and lift passes out making our arrival and first morning stressful. The driver tried to drop us off at the wrong location in 1600 (we were staying at 1800) 3.5km from our accommodation late at night in the freezing cold with 3 kids as he had no clue where our apartment was despite us providing details as he just wanted to go home having been driving for 16 hrs. Illegal and dangerous. We refused to get out and had to direct him to the right place having paid £800 for both transfers. The return was cancelled and Go Alpes saved the day. I highly recommend Go Alpes.”

“The service provided was top-notch. The price was really good and a lot cheaper versus other providers, but don't let that put you off. We were a large group (x15) and they provided 2 large Renault Cargo vans which were spotless inside and out. The drivers were nice and provided bottles of water and stopped for breaks when required (this is required with young kids on a 2.5h transfer!!) for both outward and return journeys. Comms throughout were also very good via email and WhatsApp. I'll be using them again for sure!!!”
