“As a family of (5) traveling from the States to Europe each winter to explore various areas of the Alps, we have tried several transport companies to get us from Point A to B as effortlessly as possible. This is no small feat since we are a relatively large family so luggage is considerable (12 pieces this last trip). This past week in 2024, we used Go Alpes for the first time and we were beyond impressed! We had (3) travel segments that were booked about a week ahead of travel. The company summarized our segments in one neat email even though my bookings were done separately. We ended up making more than one last minute edits due to weather and a change in hotel. The company handled the complexities with incredible professionalism, never making us feel awkward about making changes or adding unnecessary charges for the hastle. The fleet was clean, perfectly sized, and driven by lovely individuals who had all the information they needed to take charge. We felt very well cared for. In the past, drivers had many questions for us about the destination, payment, etc...with Go Alpes the process was seamless and wonderful from start to finish! We truly had to provide a GPS coordinate for one complicated pickup on the mountain and they didn't bat an eye. The shuttles always arrived early, happily transfered our multiple pieces of luggage and had us on our way with a smile. We are so grateful for this service. The company provides you with your driver's name and cell ahead of time so if you are arriving by airport, for ex, you always have a way to connect even if you don't immediatly see each other. And a live person picks up the phone at the office when you call! Again, bravo, for incredible customer care in a time when that is often lacking. I wish you continued success because your work is excellent. We will continue to use Go Alpes now that we have found them!”

“The car was cleaned and new and spacious to accommodate 10 pieces of luggage with six passenger. The captain was courteous and cooperative.”

“I booked a driver from Lyon to Meribel later than normal so used Go Alpes without knowing anything about them. I was extremely impressed. We had drivers arrive early, there was always fast communication from the office, I was sent whatsapp messages re the driver info and the vehicle had local registration so we were able to use local roads and avoid so much traffic on the way there. I would highly recommend them.”

“We chose the business class option for our transfer from Geneva airport to the alps. We were very happy with the level of service. The car was on time, both legs of the journey, comfortable and water, sweets, tissues were provided. Goalpes contacted us before we travelled to ensure they had the correct child seats for us and these were good quality and clean. This was very reassuring. Payment was easy, made in instalments online. The only thing we would have preferred is for all passengers to be facing forward as those who went backwards did suffer with nausea.”

“I can’t recommend GoAlpes enough. The booking experience was super easy and communication regular and clear across email, text and WhatsApp. Our drivers were super friendly and worked hard to get us where we needed to be - on the way out, Seb found alternative roads to reduce the journey time and avoid the huge delays on the motorway. On the way back, Janis fought the motorway traffic and met us at a different collection point and made sure we made our flight home - something which a few hours earlier we’d given up on. GoAlpes will be the first transfer company I try for all my trips in the future.”

“Just returned back from a family ski trip using GoAlpes for the first time and would highly recommend them. Communication was clear with regards to payment and also pick up.
