“Transfers arrived on time and communication from driver was very good. Minibus very clean and had bottles of water in and car seats for the children. Very reliable and would definitely use again.”

“Excellent service and communication. Drivers details were sent in advance and both drivers were waiting for us at the agreed time . Sami managed to get us back to the airport in time for our flight despite a major delay on our return !! Excellent service and would definitely use again and highly recommend”

“Fantastic service, good communication, drivers rang when 10 mins away and turned up a bit earlier so by the time we loaded up we were on time. Clean and comfy mini buses arrived at airport im perfect time would def use again and recommend thank you 😊”

“Travelling from Val dsere to Geneva. Gave Go Alps the 10.40am flight departure time, check in at 8.40am. They arranged for a 6am pick up, but should have left a good three hours. The driver drove very slowly and then took a slow route around lake Annecy, probably to avoid tolls and save money, a big mistake at peak time, causing major delays. Eventually sped up on the motorway half an hour from the airport. Eventually arrived only 1 hour 10 mins just before flight departure time! After running to check in just made the flight, thanksfully as no further Bristol flights that day. Very very stressful and could have been avoided.”

We’d like to clarify a few points: • The 6:00 AM pickup time was specified by you, rather than being recommended by us. • The journey from Val d’Isère to Geneva usually requires at least 3 hours, extending to 3.5 hours on weekday mornings due to border traffic. • The route via Lake Annecy is the industry standard • Regarding the driving speed, we have reviewed the GPS track, and the driver was adhering to speed limits throughout the journey. “Have used Go Alpes the last two years and cant fault them. Their prices are competitive and give an excellent service. From their online chat service to the actual transfers the staff keep you informed all the way. The drivers are curtious and cant do enough for you, have felt very safe every trip”
