“The driver on the way to the ski-resort obviously knew the route very well and was thus able to help us avoid traffic jams. However, his driving was erratic and at times dangerous, for instance, overtaking when it was not safe to do so. He appeared to be in a big rush, possibly becasue our flight had been delayed. The driver on the way back was far more relaxed, which made for a more pleasant trip.”

“Excellent service from start to finish. Option to pay in 3 parts, with initial deposit and then for the outgoing and return trip. Regular update as to who your driver is and what time they will be. The first driver Emmanuel was an absolute gent and went above and beyond what he needed to do. We had rented an apartment and there was a bit of a mix up with no one there to meet us and give us access to the property. Emmanuel wasn’t for just driving off and leaving us in the street. He waited until the problem was resolved, speaking to the property owner on the phone and ensuring we got access to the key safe etc. You couldn’t ask for a better service. 1st class.”

“Our transfer requirments were very specific. We needed a Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle but as there are none of those available in France we had to to the next best thing - A long wheelbase passenger van with sufficient luggage space to accommodate my sons wheelchair and all our luggage, plus 5 passengers. Anastasia in the office was excellent in ensuring that my request was met and in confirming exactly what vehicle type would turn up at the airport. All addiitonal information including drivers names and contact number, likely delays due to traffic, was passed on in good time for our planning. The two drivers, Jacek K and Guillaume were superb. Helpful, friendly and they knew short cuts which avoided at least an hour extra delay on the autoroute between the airport and resort. I highly recommend Go Alpes, and they definitely be our first choice in the future.”
