“We used Go Alpes for transfers last week between Lyon Airport and La Plagne for 14 people. Communication was really good througout the whole process, the vehicles were perfect and overall a great experience. We will definately use them again.”

“Everything about our experience with GoAlps was excellent. The communication from the office with payment options, reminders, drivers' numbers, as well as the interaction and professionalism of the drivers themselves was great. On our departure leg, the driver saw the vehicle line to get into the airport drop-off was so long it would impact our trip that she brought us into the parking garage instead and led us to the elevator to bring us up to the airline check in level. I never would have thought of that! It saved us at least an hour. Very happy with this service and will.use it again.”

“Martyna was on time, helpful and pleasant. The van was new, and clean. The traffic was difficult on the way down the mountain, but Martyna navigating us around the worst of the jams. We arrived in plenty of time for our flight at Geneva.”

“Driver from Geneva was amazing - friendly and professional. He pointed out the water bottles and asked us to let him know if we needed a break. He drove efficiently and understood the roads. We were all very happy with the journey. The driver for the return was totally different. He text to say he had arrived but he wasn’t at the correct address. There was no water in the vehicle and he didn’t speak to us for the entire journey. To start with the driving was fine but near Geneva he didn’t seem to know where us was going. He took the wrong exit and ended up going right around the roundabout. He took another wrong turning and we had to turn round in an IKEA car park. I informed him we were flying from Terminal 2 right at the beginning and didn’t realise he had dropped us off at Terminal 1 until he had left. As I am partially disabled it was a difficult walk for us. We have used your company several times and have recommended it to anyone we know who skis to use for transfer. We were very disappointed for the first time with the service and hence the 4 atars”
