“Good for most. But after taking the order and getting payment , you confirm some orders after a couple of days. So if the weaver does not accept the order, you will probably get back to the customer and refund. This part should be cleared before accepting payment. Rgds”

“I LOVE = ***** what you offer and the very concept of your platform. I only wish you might offer shipping options so that those who opt for slower shipping might economize a bit on the shipping costs, which sometimes double the cost of the purchase. = I'd buy more of your wondrous offerings if I could opt for slower and more economical shipment. Hello Yeshwant M Gaunkar We are an online marketplace for weavers and artisans to showcase their products to a large international consumer base through our platform. Our vendors function from very remote parts of our country and cannot afford to bear outright return of their sold products. As a result, we do not encourage easy return and refund on any order. We do make sure that a strict QC process is followed to ensure the consumer's satisfaction as well. Regarding your concern about the mismatch in the colors, attaching herewith both the website image and the image you shared with us. "• Colour hues may slightly vary from that which appears in the image" We add this warning to make sure a variation is to be naturally expected. Since there is no stark difference and all other relevant information was already shared for you to read through before you made the purchase, we will not be able to process your request.

“No doubt GoCoop is a good portal to buy authentic handloom products but one thing I didn't like about it is that the price tag on the product mentions something else whereas GoCoop charges something else. I felt a bit cheated.”
