“I ordered a block printed, colors look much better on the website photo than m in reality and i think it’s expensive for what it is. My fault I didn’t read the return policy before purchasing as there is no way to return the item if I don’t like it”

“I have mostly used GoCoop to buy clothes - saris, kurtas, tops. I find GoCoop items to be of top notch quality. The fabrics are very comfortable, the fit very good and the colors/prints are amazing. Your website has also improved now so it gives a better shopping experience. Can you plead add more kids ethnic wear collections? I dont find enough of those and would like to see more of them.”

“One Saree purchased on line for my mother of 80 years from you as birthday gift was damaged we could see that only after wash, (carona precaution). Most disgutsting for your selling damaged products on line.”

“I picked up 3 towels, two of them were value for money however the third one was deceptive from the picture(It looked like towel however was a napkin, I made a mistake by not checking the size) to the one I received. Overall the quality of all are good.”

“The first kurta I bought was just beautiful, so went for a few more - my observations: 1) Size not consistent - the small size - length was much longer than shown in picture, and went almost to my ankles (first kurta - just at knee) 2) One kurta was not cotton (as described on website) 3) The slit in the front was not visible on the website pics I think if the sizes are consistent, it will help tremendously. Other 2 issues may be just that one kurta (can't generalize)”
