“Going from strength to strength. We attanded 2 or 3 of your exhibitions in Mumbai and moved to Pune just as the country went into lockdown. So happy you have gone online. And we hope that you will add more and more weavers and craftspersons to your fold. The Maheshwari we chose as a gift is beautiful!!! Not too happy with your Kanjivaram section though. Its a bit limited”

“Some positives and a few negatives. But the positives outweigh the negatives. So I would order on GoCoop again. 1. Despite COVID-19 the shipment wasn't too delayed even though it was an international order. 2. The international delivery charges are inflated though. For every item added to the cart even if it's as small as a pair of earring, the charges go up irrationally. 3. I liked the masks and cushion covers and a purple woolen stole that I ordered. 4. I was not so happy with a cotton cyan scarf as it looked slightly faded and also had a hole in it. I'd ordered it as a gift but seeing the condition it was in, decided to keep it for myself. But have to say, although it looked frayed and old, it still drew some compliments.”

“Very bad experience. Even though I had cancelled the order, the same was delivered with an excuse saying that we cannot cancel an order while on transit. Another product which was delivered at the first place was not from a weaver, so false promises.”

“We ordered DIY kits for 4-year old twin girls—a make a book of Panchatantra story and a T-shirt Block printing kit. The babies loved them, and had fun doing the projects. The packaging was impressive. The only thing that could be improved is—the paints were dry when they arrived. We used water to make them work. Keep up the great work of promoting Indian hand looms and handicrafts. I have a suggestion —cotton night clothes are best, so there is a great opportunity to create and market pyjama suits for children and adults out of good quality hand loom cotton materials. Thank you and all success to our weavers! Jai Hind!”
