“GoCoop partner who sent me so called silk saree...is a cheat of the first order...the saree is a very poor quality synthetic saree...pathetic experience of shopping with GoCoop...never again will i be able to look at anything at GoCoop.”

“The deliveries took too long. Returns policy is too stringent. I wanted to return an item but I didn’t raise the request within 2 days of receiving it as I was travelling.”

“The process of ordering the saree was easy. I am happy that the order was processed immediately and was ready to be shipped , unfortunately the order was never delivered the first time. I had to follow up instead of they contacting me through my email. The second time delivery went through fine. The actual color of saree was much lighter shade than on the website. The 4 start review is for not being proactive about the shipping and color not matching the website.”
