“Quality, fabrics all very good but shipping to be improved. Purple fabric reached correctly but shibori fabric reached a bit late but my complaint is address was not written full. Only half address was written on the parcel but luckily correct pone number was written so the courier person called up took full address and sent me.”

“I ordered an expensive saree from Gocoop - it was my first purchase. After I paid for it I saw the same saree on gocoop's Facebook site, and a comment saying that the seller was duping clients. Worried I wrote to Gocoop but did not hear from them. But the saree arrived on time and it was beautiful and in excellent condition. I am glad that I did not cancel the order and the poor weaver did not suffer because of a malicious comment. However, it would have been nice to have a response from Gocoop.”
