“It took a while before the order was shipped, when there was no communication or information of the order status. Maybe a generic email letting the customer know the order is still in process would be great. Other than that the transaction went smoothly.”

“Customer service is good but resolving a customer's problems is not satisfactory. I bought an Assam mulberry silk, as written on site, but I received the sari without the Silk Board's original certification that the quality has been verified. This disappointed me.”
