“I am pretty satisfied with the overall experience, in terms of the wide range of handlooms and handicrafts at varying price points to choose from. Not only domestic but even overseas delivery was managed in a timely manner, in the covid constrained times. Areas to improve- It is is little odd to see things coming piece meal in some of the orders. 3 items under the same order are being delivered on 3 different days”

“The saree was nice. But I had to use my gmail id to get 500 Rs coupon. I have an account in Yahoo , I purchased one saree with a coupon discount. But when I tried to buy 2nd one, it didn't allow. So I had to use this email id. So I would suggest, coupon should be given with price range to encourage customers.”

“I have got the beautiful saree and got a coupon discount of 500. But when I tried to buy another one, it didn't accept from this email is. So I had to buy from my gmail account. You could verify as both are purchased with 9025313232 phone number. So I would suggest, the coupon should be based on price to encourage the customers.”

“Beautiful sarees and seamless transaction and shipping. However, the sarees which were shipped overseas should have been packed a little better and more secure instead of just being packed in a thin packaging! Hopefully they will pay a little attention to this issue. Other than this small issue, am happy with the GoCoop site! Beautiful sarees from various regions of India, all under one site! Thanks.”

“The buying experience was good. The items were shipped promptly and arrived in good condition. The products are of the same quality as described on the website. The only problem I have as a buyer is that, in the case of the Pochampally handwoven sarees I bought, I could not tell from the digital pictures the colors of two sarees correctly (out of the four I bought)....I am a little disappointed that the colors are not what I thought from the digital pictures. The other two are fine. Thank you”
