“We were not able to exchange the sarees we bought even with valid reasons like color mis-interpretations and thread type. Very expensive and images are too good compared to the product.”

“I have had a very bitter sweet experience with GoCoop. A request for returning a jamdani fabric was not responded to properly. A genuine request is also not acceeded to, which shows poor customer service.”
