“Very disappointing. I ordered a white n yellow tie n dye double bedsheet which was very dusty, I had to give it for dry clean.humble suggestion please send clean n neat products. Every time the customer does not have time to click the pic of untidy bedsheets n mail you”

“This Diwali shopping was the first time when I ordered from GoCoop. I ordered saree, kantha bedcovers, and cotton silk blouse piece. I am very happy with the Saree and bedcovers and find blouse piece to be okay. One thing apart from products that struck positive to me was customer support. There was some delivery notification issue for which I contacted the GoCoop team and I got great support and which was remarkable. The lady I spoke to was very supportive and it gave me a reassurance feeling as she could relate to my concern and helped me with the solution.”

“1. The return policy is very poor. A return request of mine was rejected although the reason was very valid - that I found the material not as fine as I had expected. 2. The delivery of items is very late sometimes - more than 2 weeks and in one case the item was not delivered at all although the status showed fulfilled. I am following up. These two aspects need to be improved since customer is paying good price for the products.”

“Sheer waste of time! Firstly merchandise received at our end was entirely different than the one listed & chosen on the website. And then to return the same was a task in itself,convincing a ghost(someone from GoCoop who kept his/her identity a mystery during our interactions) that the product sent is wrong and then follow up on the refund 🙄, it was hell (seriously) to go through such an ugly buying experience. Would recommend my family and friends not to ever visit GoCoop site for even browsing let alone sourcing anything. 1”
