“The experience is based on two purchases totalling four items. Quality of products is suspect and would appreciate if you could QC it before listing and shipment. More importantly your support person is slow, unprofessional and downright lazy. You will lose more customers with the extremely poor levels of service. I wouldn't get back to buy anything as there are several options. Sorry about this but hope you understand the very fact I am giving feedback you should help you.”

“First of all, I know when I order from GoCoop, I am getting an authentic handloom quality product. And GoCoop delivers on that promise each and every time. This time I was even more impressed that the saree I ordered, was packaged in remote village in West Bengal and delivered to Mumbai, within 24 hours since I placed the order. That was just amazing. The Baluchari saree is beautiful, the color combinations and motif is lovely, my mom had this in her wishlist for a while, and I am glad I could find the exact specification handloom saree for her. Thank you, GoCoop!”
