“Not happy with the product. Very slow customer service for return..the pick up guy just landed at my place without any call or prior intimation from your side. Refund has still not been processed it's more than 3 weeks. You really need to step up”

“Great products .genuine handlooms. Have bought only dupattas though but loved them especially lambani embroidery one. Only feedback is to need to improve communication so that if product delivery us delayed customer should get information without asking. Other than that i loved the website products.”

“The whole experience was smooth and I got all the items as per my order and on time. I love all the things I’ve bought. I thought the prices were affordable. However, a Lambani bag which I paid Rs. 820 for, was tagged for Rs. 550. I wrote to you to explain the discrepancy and have not yet received a reply.”

“I ordered two sambhapuri sarees . Saree number one was of average quality for the price i paid. second saree was received after i made more than 10 calls to helpline number and with delay of more than 7 days .. pure harassment will never shop on this website again!”

“I ordered two inexpensive, white cotton sarees with dark red borders to use as home decor. The sarees arrived in the US within two weeks and I received email notifications, so I'm satisfied with the shipping and handling. The sarees were in good condition when they arrived. However, when I washed them in cold water, the border color ran and it ran a lot. I now have two bright pink sarees with light red borders. Re-washing them with bleach did not help. The pink color is tenacious and spreads to anything you wash with the sarees. The weave is good and the fabric texture is nice, but the dye was really terrible. There is no way anyone could have washed these sarees except by dry cleaning and I do not think I should have to dry clean a simple, cotton saree.”
