“Great polo. I bought it as a birthday present for Uncle who needs a front pocket. Quite difficult to find such polo. The purchase was smooth but the post office delivery was a nightmare, their site state I was not in when , in fact I buzz the postman in on one occasion and they do not drop the card to say I was not in. Took 3 attempts. The post office do not reply my complaints . Please select other delivery mode which Golfbase gives us the option.”

“Unfortunately the jacket I ordered arrived slightly different to that which was advertised. I contacted them to explain the issue and as I bought the jacket for a trip I didn’t have time to return it or exchange. Customer service team helped and offered me a part refund so although not the exact jacket I wanted, I saved some more on what was a reasonably priced item. Five stars if it was the jacket advertised that I got. Thank you”

“Customer satisfaction survey emailed to me before products were delivered. I cannot accurately rate the service of the site at this point, however to send a survey rating service before service rendered seems like a company that doesn't really communicate within departments. Edit (05/09/18)- Products received and order was correct. Original review, in hindsight, was an overaction. Still irked to get customer satisfaction survey before products arrive, especially considering zero human to human interaction occured. Not being able to track your package without creating Golfbase account is mildly annoying as well. Bottom line: products received without errors at a reasonable price”
