“Good reliable company that I have used many times with no problems. Free returns so happy to buy items like shoes which often vary in size. Fortunately for me they were spot on.”

“Item sent to wrong address. Rucksack fine but not sure if showerproof as no mention in description. Gloves provide no protection against the cold so disappointed as sold as ‘thermal’”

“A delivry was quick & a product was good. However, a customer service of following up the delivery statue wasn’t to my satisfaction.”

“Great prices and speedy delivery of items, simple free delivery & returns policy lets you try stuff on and send it base hassle free if it's not right. Unfortunately a couple of time in the past few weeks the sizes sent haven't really matched what I ordered so those items have had to go back.Otherwise it would be a full 5*”

“Was sent the right jacket, but in the wrong colour. Was an easy mistake considering the silly names Calaway used for the colours. Was sent the correct item which arrived the day after. The guy on the phone was apologetic, and helpful. Would definitely use Golfbase.co.uk again.”

“My order was placed and then the golf shoes were sent out promptly using Evri, who then lost the shoes. After a wait whilst waiting for Evri to do nothing, another pair of golf shoes was sent out, this time using Royal Mail. This delivery was faultless. I would have given 5 stars if they had not used Evri who have lost my parcels before.”

“Ordering was simple and a great price. It would have been 5 stars if the package arrived in the original stated time slot and not 2 hours earlier since we were not at home and the driver just dropped the package over our gate. Lucky it was not something that could break easily”

“I bought the original Lyle and Scott black golf trousers and a zip up windproof Lyle and Scott golfing top. Good quality products, very competitive price compared to the same products in other stores or online. Arrived very quickly. Extremely happy with the quality and service.”

“Delivery was great. Was updated with anticipated delivery time and arrived on time. Was well packaged and hopefully, will be well received. As it’s a Christmas present, I can’t say anything else, but looks good quality.”

“Golf base going extra, despite a local issue with delivery by Royal Mail. Everything I order from them is great value”
