“Didn't see a despatched notice, so chased them after a few days and got a prompt reply with details of when & how it was sent. Still not here after 8 days, emailed them and they responded quickly to try to help, then it arrived! Probably just the lock down/xmas post. Impressed with the quick responses so have no problem recommending them.”

“I had to return the 2 items I ordered as one was faulty and the other too big. Did love the capri golf trousers (faulty) so ordered another pair straight away, speedy delivery, can't fault that . The reason I've given 4 and not 5 stars is because I had to send 2 emails to ask if they'd received my returns, after 10 days. Finally they got back to me and asked for proof of posting. I was immediately refunded with that proof...”

“+ve Excellent speed of delivery, excellent speed of response to emails too. goods arrived well packaged. -ve You cannot have 2 delivery addresses. Ideally i wanted goods to be delivered to my office as someone will always be able to sign for or collect larger parcels. But as I have registered with my home address I could only take delivery there.”
