“Our family's heartbreaking loss was eased considerably by the remarkable attentive care extended to us. Wish to make a special mention of Dr Tom the attending Vet at our home. If ever there was a professional who was gifted for such a task it is him. It is more a calling for him than anything. He was remarkable. His sensitivity knew no bounds. I am recommending an 'exit' such as what we experienced to all my friends, colleagues and family. I would wish to give 50 out of 10 and I am sincere in saying this.”

“Goodbye Good Boy were absolutely amazing. They made me, my family and my best friend feel at ease with what was happening. Jaxson was so calm during the whole process and we were looked after so well, during such a rough time this was truely heart warming and they made us feel like we were important and looked after my little man like he was one of their own. I am so grateful for this service and that we had the option to say goodbye in the comfort of our own home. All staff involved went above and beyond for us and we couldnt be more thankful to them.”

“It’s never easy making the decision to say goodbye to our beloved pets. From initial contact through to follow up Goodbye Good Boy showed compassion, understanding and empathy to our situation. On the dreaded day itself our beautiful 16 yo Border Collie Gem was treated with the utmost love and kindness by the vet who attended. He explained the process and let us go at our pace. We never once felt like we’re were being rushed. Our Gemmy went peacefully and in the most humane way possible. Having her at home allowed her to be content and comfortable and she literally went to sleep being smothered with hugs and kisses from her family. Not that I ever want to have to do this again but when I do, I’ll definitely be calling Goodbye Good Boy.”

“Thank you to the team at Goodbye Good Boy; the process itself (paperwork) was dealt with compassion and all possible information was provided to put our hearts and minds at ease. Our girl was in the best hands, and we cannot express how grateful we are that we could all be at home, removing any additional stress or discomfort for our girl of being at a veterinarian clinic. 100% recommend to others facing the decision to put their furbabies quality of life first and foremost.”

“This is the email that I sent Cassandra from Goodbye Good Boy….says it all! ……. Firstly and most importantly we would like to thank you for all of your help on Saturday, the worst day of our lives. Koby was our world and because of you, Dr Astrid and Scott from Pets Eternal, we were able to get through it. So thank you from the bottom of our hearts💗. “I used this service a few months ago to euthanize my beautiful girl Candice!! She was 17 and i did not want to have to take her to the vets, not that the vets are bad but she was always scared and trembled! My sister recommended good bye good boy as she had to have her girl done a few weeks earlier! I am so glad I was directed to this place as they are so so sympathetic and deeply understand what u r going thru! They go at your pace and explain everything they r doing, my girl didnt even know the lady was a vet otherwise she would of been trembling and wanting to get away, this way she was in her own comfortable bed and so relaxed! I had my girl cremated and returned in a beautiful wooden box, with her paw print on a card and a absolutely beautiful digital print! They really do a fantastic job! I can't rate this place high enough as it is one of the best services available to say a beautiful peacful goodbye to your pet!”

“It is devastating to have to say goodbye to a cherished pet, it breaks your heart. But having them leave us surrounded by love in your own home is so much more acceptable. The team were wonderful to deal with and when the time became more urgent, arranged a timely visit. The Vet who attended was kjnd andvery good. I am so thankful that this option was available. Would recommend to anyone.”

“Thank you for your service and organising the cremation. As hard as it is to lose my boy, he went so peacefully with Dr Dilini. your care and patience is very much appreciated. The cremation company Bamganie have returned Nanooks ashes and they did an incredible job. I will definitely be using your services again in the future. I still have Nanooks brother Tokyo, thank god. But he is almost 13years old so I know there isn't a huge amount of time but I will make sure it's great. Thank you again xx”

“After having to make the heartbreaking decision to let our loved Obi boy go, I came across the Goodbye Good Boy service. Mostly because we could no longer get Obi in the car so needed a service that could come to our home. And Im sure doing it at home must have been so much nicer for Obi than being in a smelly strange place that he was fearful of. I’m glad we did it this way and had Obi surrounded by all the people he loves and his fur sisters. I spoke with Dawn - so full of compassion and empathy. I can’t thank Dawn enough for all the help and kind words through such an awful time for us. Our local mobile vet Dr Sugumar was really lovely and I thank him for coming and doing this for us. What a horrible job he has! We picked the scatter tin option. I didn’t realise it also came with the footprint and bag of hair. Receiving the hair was actually a comfort to know that it was him in the tin and not some other dog through a mixup. I think crazy thoughts were starting to go through my head as I waited for his ashes to come back! So I’m glad they included that too. Again, I really want to thank Dawn - I so appreciated you being on the other end of the phone through this time. If I’m lucky enough to get to make the decision for Obi’s sister from another mother Padmè, I will absolutely be using the service again rather than going to a vet surgery. I Highly recommend Goodbye Good Boy, Leah.”

“I’m beyond grateful to your team for supporting Bella Gucci and I through this heartbreaking time. Your sensitivity and kindness meant the world to me. Bella Gucci was so very loved. I was blessed with 15 years of friendship and her peaceful passing at home and in my arms was what she truly deserved. We were always together. Right until the end. From the moment our vet arrived, I was allowed to take my time in saying goodbye and she was so gentle with my Bella. Our lovely vet even cried with me which was a huge comfort, since I was on my own. Please send my heartfelt thanks to the crematorium. They really did such a beautiful job. It exceeded all my expectations. When Bella Gucci was returned to me, she was so lovingly and respectfully presented in her wooden urn. The extra touches of her paw print and fur are now among some of my precious possessions. There’s been a lot of tears, (I’m sobbing as I write this) but I take solace in knowing the life and memory of my baby girl was honoured thanks to your wonderful service. Keep doing what you’re doing. You are all angels. Thank you so very much.”

“A huge heartfelt thank you to the team at goodbye good boy. We reached out when our dear Sam started to deteriorate as we wanted him as comfortable as possible. Dr Tom was so kind and compassionate and walked my two children through the process. He was so calm and caring, we couldn’t have asked for a better send off for our dear boy.
