“When I rang for an unplanned exit for beautiful Narla. They were prompt and sympathetic. I would recommend this service highly, the vet and pickup service were wonderful. Karla went over the rainbow with us in her own environment peacefully.”

“What an amazing service. The staff were so kind and empathetic. We were in a bit of a state, but they knew exactly what we needed and guided us gently through the whole process. They really ensured that our Dougie's last few minutes were calm and painless. Thank you.”

“It’s has been a few months now since my beautiful 14 year old Labrador Retriever Rocky passed. I just wanted to thank all the staff at Goodbye Goodboy for helping myself and my family through the difficult process of saying goodbye to our beloved Rocky. I want to particularly thank Ingrid the vet from Goodbye Goodboy and Adrian from Pets Eternal,who were present during this difficult time. They were very understanding, empathetic and genuinely cared about us and most importantly our Rocky. I highly recommend speaking with this team when you have to make a very difficult decision as they are very supportive and help guide you through the steps with the utmost respect. “It's been a few months now and I've finally been able to put in words how incredibly grateful I am for the team at Goodbye Goodboy as I let my beautiful cat Nox go for the big sleep. Before I even purchased the package I received a phonecall from the team just to check in, make sure I was OK and ask me about Nox. They didn't try to sell me anything. It was a genuine and heart-warming conversation. From here I decided I wouldn't go with anyone else to help me through this difficult time. The care throughout was second to none. The team was always there and on the day did their best to help me urgently when my boy declined quicker than expected. The whole service was just wonderful. I can't speak highly enough of Goodbye Goodboy. Nox was the first furbaby I chose as mine and he was with me through the hardest times. I was able to rest easy knowing he got the best goodbye, he was looked after once he was gone, and he was returned to me with love and care. Thankyou Goodbye Goodboy - I truely appreciate everything xox”

“I cannot recommend Goodbye Goodboy services highly enough. Every single person I dealt with was an absolutely amazing, caring and kind individual. They are so understanding and compassionate during what was a really hard time for myself and family. Their aftercare service is also great. Just having someone call to check in and their offers of support, meant so much. Such a supportive company, with amazing staff.”

“We found the care and understanding that Goodbye Good Boy's vet gave both our lovely old dog Poppy and ourselves made her final minutes so peaceful and easy for her. It is hard to say Goodbye but to know that there is no more suffering is a blessing and the vet who attended our home to care for Poppy treated her with the utmost respect and care. Thank you!”

“Words can not express how happy I was with the team at goodbye good boy from putting my dog to sleep on his couch outside with us all around him to receiving the ashes a few days later with a lock of his hair seeds to plant and his paw print I was so comforted by this whole experience that normally is so terrifying thanks to the whole team Sally McCarthy”

“From filling out an online form on the very early hours of Sunday morning to one of the team contacting me regarding urgent arrangements to be made that same morning. To them turning up with all care and compassion and allowing a comfortable, familiar goodbye for Karma was above and beyond what i had expected but everything she deserved. Thank you for making such a very average time as good as it could be.”
