“I had broken a beautiful japanese teapot that I had just bought in New York and I was able to find it again on Goodhood! All the service was very quick and I received my package within a few days. The packaging was really lovely and the teapot travelled safely to me!”

“Everything went pretty smoothly. Would just prefer it if you had not shipped with DPD. At one point I wanted to contact them as the tracker had said that my parcel had been on the truck for delivery the day before but I still hadn't received it. When I went to contact them they have no number for Australian customers and due to time zones it is very inconvenient to have to call UK from Australia.”
