“Everything went pretty smoothly. Would just prefer it if you had not shipped with DPD. At one point I wanted to contact them as the tracker had said that my parcel had been on the truck for delivery the day before but I still hadn't received it. When I went to contact them they have no number for Australian customers and due to time zones it is very inconvenient to have to call UK from Australia.”

“Goodhood is my favourite store. Full stop. Been with them since the early days, and now in their Curtain Road location the experience is even bigger and better. When I lived in London it was a perfect Saturday location (would never leave empty handed). Now I order Online, and always find their service equally immaculate to that in store. Incredible range of products, from menswear to homeware, perfectly chosen and curated. A fantastic team who are incredibly helpful, efficient, friendly and deliver a high level customer experience. I do not hesitate in rating them 'Very Happy'.”
