Great selection of items and usually very obliging staff, but delivery times are poor. Having to pay for orders/returns also differentiates you negatively versus other retailers.

I’ve ordered from a lot of interior brands and online especially and found myself disappointed. The Hay rug wasn’t even wrapped in anything; it was just stuffed into a plastic shipping bag. They normally arrive in a protective sleeve at the minimum and this lack of standard doesn’t really justify the high shipping costs.

I love Goodhood and have lived 5 minutes away from the store for the last 3 years. I regularly go in but for last year have been continuously ignored by the customer service team about the rewards system. It has been very disappointing and stopped me want to buy from the store.

Love everything you sell and the in-store experience but my partner and I have not had the best run with customer service. I was sent an incorrect item, and this time an item he has ordered has not shown up. Customer service have not replied. Both times we’ve tried contacting by dm on Instagram but are blocked there. There is no store phone number. The item has since disappeared from the website so I expect a refund is heading our way. Please note that I have selected over a week for our response time below as the only other option is 12hours, but so far it has been 3 days.

Mixed bag......I ordered 2 pair of Aries socks which were described online as "one size". What arrived were 2 pair of EU 38-40, which was a bit frustrating, so I had to return them. On the plus side, when I emailed suggesting that it didn't feel right to be paying shipping for an order mixup, they promptly refunded your £6.95 charge.

I’ve been shopping at Goodhood for years, recently bought a Braindead jacket in the new store, an impulse buy. It took a while to decide as it was expensive but went ahead with the purchase. Literally an hour later I got an email from END. And the said Braindead was being sold by them substantially cheaper. like almost 50% cheaper! One of those things I know but my email explaining the situation was ignored by Goodhood. Wasn’t really expecting much but a response would’ve been decent.

I order quite a lot and love the stuff!! But a lot takes ages to arrive or I end up with a fedund. If they had their stock as efficient as their emails it would be amazing. I must receive two emails a day. Annoying

Expensive experience. Price point doesn't seem to match the quality of the goods. Perhaps it's the super-inflation but the overall the experience of the purchase is on the disappointed side.

I shop at Goodhood all the time, but recently the online orders haven't been up to par. You charge £6.95 for DPD Express...yet 3 days later it still hasn't arrived. DPD also state that they haven't received the item from you yet. It's not Easter weekend and the item wont arrive in time, pushing delivery to 7+ days since original order.

I made a return and I argued that the colour of the product wasn't right. The customer service employee avoided having any conversation. I have been shopping from Goodhood for almost a decade (mostly in-store) and I didnt expect this treatment and I made a negative comment here. After my feedback, the manager got in touch and immediately tried to take action to fix this. That's very appreciated. Thank you
