I have tried to get in touch with Goodhood to return faulty Suicoke boots and not received any communication back and they are completely torn apart after only a few months of wearing them? I tried to contact you via Instagram and also nothing? Can someone get back to me?

I purchased slippers for my husband and the material degraded as he wore them leaving a trail of fluff all over the house. I contacted customer service twice and have not received a response to my emails.

Gave a short returns period for a Christmas gift which means I am unable to change the size now. Messaged to have this sorted out and they never replied tonight me. I shop a lot at this store so very disappointed. Sadly more likely to shop elsewhere now.

Big scammer !! They purposely make a super trader and make us all invest in it, and then he goes trade on GBD to raise during the last minute of 2023 Britain election day! Isn't very obvious?!!! Even a not professional trader won't make such a mistake! And lost 90% of all our investment..... All thanks to Mrs. "" Morris Meihua"". "I only received one of the two items I ordered, despite the tote bag still showing as in stock. I contacted customer service via email but never received a response. Instead, I was issued a $17 discount/refund, which seems to have been for the missing tote bag, not for the inconvenience caused. This was disappointing, as these items were meant to be a gift, and the delay—nearly a month—meant I couldn’t present them on time. I shop here often, but this experience was far from satisfactory."

I received the wrong item. I’ve emailed 6-7 times to various customer service emails, I had no reply for 2 weeks. Finally someone got back to me saying that I will receive my items as soon as possible. This is not good enough.

Ordered a few items 2 weeks ago from goodhood, and just like the reviews on trupsilot they havent shipped nor responding to any messages. avoid at all costs. No phoneline, no replies to any emails, absolute joke.

I was sent the wrong items - worth far less than what I ordered - and have had no response from the customer service team. I cannot get hold of them and it makes me worried the whole thing is a scam. Do not trust them.

I will NEVER order from Goodhood again. Such a disappointment. Nobody responds on any of their customer service platforms. My first order turned up with one part missing. I didn’t get informed or compensated. My second order was a gift, three days after purchase, I got an email telling me it was a small independent company that is struggling with the volume of orders. It missed my friends birthday. I filled out an online form, rang and left two emails to make them aware if it wasn’t delivered in 7 days that the person who’s present it was will have moved. (I’d paid for express delivery 😬) Alas nobody contacted me and ten days later I got confirmation that my parcel would be delivered to the address- missing my friends birthday by a week and she’s moved out two days before. Shocking customer service. I will not buy from this company again.

Still have not been able to resolve my return after nearly four weeks. I wanted to try more of an independent store not again. I would now like a refund take them back i’ll buy elsewhere.

I've given one star because of the total lack of customer service. I returned some clothes over 3 weeks ago and still have not got a refund. I've written 4 emails to follow up and no one has replied. The phone number has a message saying the phones are unmanned. It's basically impossible to contact this customer at all. If there's a chance you might need to return something to this store then I'd avoid using at all costs.

I purchased an item more than a month ago which I attempted to get tracking information for. It was a simple if necessary request. Sent various emails, obviously due to no phone number. Again, no response which prompted me to purchase the item elsewhere. No response to attempts to cancel the item subsequently or of a refund. I was then sent DHL tracking detail with no updates, then a DPD message informing me of delivery more than a month after purchase with no communication from goodhood. Regardless of whether you are a small organisation, the bare minimum would be to respond to multiple emails requesting an update of an order over 100 pounds. It felt I was at the total mercy of whether I get a response or my item at all, resulting in me having to attempt to cancel the order through my bank. Multiple issues for me, with no apology. Again, also no response to any of the emails. I can hands down say I won’t be purchasing anything form GH ever again.
