Next day delivery takes over a week Wrong items delivered New items are ex display Returns policy does not include collection Customer service rep is good - but probably has a lot of practice as the rest of the operation is really poor.

Goodhood sent the wrong-sized shoes and then tried to exclude the initial delivery fee from my refund after returning the order.

Item wasn't actually available even though it was on the website and I paid for express delivery. After it didn't arrive I got in touch and they refunded me.

very poor customer service; due to the below points there is no direct telephone line you go on the chat and wait for hours before someone answers they send you items different to what is advertised on their website, and when you tell them, they justify their false advertising they do not act to correct the error they made , i asked for the refund of the shipping cost, which is the least they can do for receiving incorrect items , and they refuse i asked for the email to be passed to the manager and they never bother replying disappointing retailer , with poor after care service , will never buy from them again

We appreciate your frustration in not receiving what you thought you would, but this information is readily available on the product page on our website and so the product you received was correct, it was just not what you had hoped. I ordered a pair of dunks only to receive a poorly replicated design and colour way on a pair of airforces that turns out was done deliberately and I cannot trust this business again.

I received an email to say my order had been delayed and it would be 2-4 days before they’d be dispatched so I replied asking for the order to be cancelled.I received no reply and the shoes were convientally dispatched the next day and then I was emailed back and told my order couldn’t be cancelled because it had been dispatched.Poor service.

Ordered 3 items 12/12. Got an email 15/12 1 item refunded. Then an email 17/12 another item refunded. Finally last item was sent, recalled and refunded on 22/12. As all were Christmas gift prettt disappointing experience. Especially as the refunded items remained shopable on website.

Pretty poor service both times I’ve ordered the past month, made two orders containing 3 items and 2 ended up being oversells - no communication about this whatsoever, until I had to reach out to see why my orders hadn’t been updated. It’s put me off ordering from here again tbh

I ordered two bowls from Goodhood as a Christmas gift and despite charging me for two, they sent one. When I followed up with them they said the other had been sent in error to another address and they were out of stock so I was left with one bowl vs a set?! No proactive communication from them at all on this issue. Very unhappy.
