You must know that if you buy on this website, the « all taxes and fees included » is an absolute lie. I just bought a pair of sneakers for around 220€, and customs made me pay another 115€!!! I am used to ordering in the UK, and usually the taxes are included, no surprises upon delivery. I had no choice but to pay, as they DO NOT REPLY to your e-mails.

Overall, still waiting for you guys to get back to me on the issue i am facing with one of the items, so far reliable, but can't say it for sure yet. Customer Service is a not responding entity, they just asked me to review my poor review, and i did, even poorer. Hope they will get back to me, in my opinion, this is a bit absurd. By clothes, they are actually pretty cool, don't buy electronics, maybe candles if they have it?

Love you guys, but the comms on shipping was shocking. No phone number to contact, can’t DM on insta, and took over a week and multiple email chasers (+ 2 visits to the store) to get an answer on why my purchase was no where to be found. Turned out it was never even in stock.. shipping problems are fine, happens all the time. Not replying to customers and no way of direct contact, is not so fine.

I wanted to return my order, unfortunately my emails are being ignored, I have not received a reply back for over a week, I have sent a message twice. Terrible customer service. I would advise against shopping

Order GH279897 Really poor experience as I recieved my Sampaix hat with the security tag still attached. Ive emailed support and heard nothing...really poor customer customer service

They were quite poor at helping with my enquiry. I actually asked them twice to speak to the store but as it was not an online purchase as they stated, they could not help. I had to understand that they could not be bothered at giving them a call to find out. There is no number so this is the only way I could reach them out and I do not live close to the store. Sad

Delivery took 9 days and you charged me £7 for this. When I noticed that the trainers were too small I wanted to return them however it would have cost me another £7, so because I live in east London I asked customer service whether I could return them in store to save me the £7. You guys said “of course”. I returned them to the store, only to get charged again £7 for postal service. Terrible service! Won’t be ordering online again.

I bought a $250++ electric kettle from them. It was not front and center on the listing that it came with a UK plug. Why would they accept my money and ship it to the US without question if they really are a 40-person company? When they heard back from me, they reccommended I buy a power adapter. Ok. So I did. That failed to provide enough juice to keep the appliance from turning itself off. So, after I spent that additional money Goodhood told me they don't provide return labels from the US. Ship it back to them for $100+ dollars so they can resell it locally and or claim it at a loss? No thanks. Quite unhappy with their dismissive customer service and lack of foresight. Would never buy from them again.
