When I ordered my scarf the product description read "100% Extra-Fine Merino Wool" however when it arrived I was dismayed to realise the fabric is 100% acrylic - as stated on the care label. Have I been sent the wrong product? Or was the website description incorrect? You no longer have the scarf I ordered online so I want to know in advance if I send it back I'll receive the correct product. I still have the scarf and am awaiting advice on what can be done to resolve this issue.

oh no i need to contact you - the product arrived unsealed - and with fingerprints clearly visable on the lid i could sell it before i pend the box,, it was very well packaged , but then i noticed , wet as i started to pull it out out - its doesnt stated the purume is an oil base one - but it felt oily . i wanted to get the full set of the purfumes - now im reluctant until i no who to contact in regards to this - so ive paid over £100 for 3qauters of a bottle - normally i receiveall purmed sealed as new.. anyway i will be contacting you in regards to this -

Goodhood appears to prioritise picking and despatching goods based on the monetary value of items, ie high value and it's straight out the door, low and it can just sit around, which is completely unacceptable, especially given that only one form of P&P is offered, which is a premium charge. How do I know this? I ordered three items as a supplementary gift for a birthday at the beginning of the week (a Monday), the total value not being that much. My partner on the other hand ordered a high-value item of clothing, and a day or two after me, both were to be dispatched to the same address. The high-value item came straight away, no problem. However, my order just languished in the Goodhood order list till I eventually received an order dispatch confirmation on Friday, that is four days after having ordered it. I sent an email to Goodhood, asking what the hell was going on? Ignored. Re-sent it a week later. Ignored again. The result, the birthday gift that was ordered at the beginning of the week, actually turned up at the end of it. No doubt, the response to this will be standard drivel along the lines of "orders take between 3-4 working days" and various nonsense. However, let me put this to you, taking an actual week to deliver a small order when charging P&P at the rates stated is completely lame. Furthermore, the clear distinction between the two orders' monetary value and the resultant differentiation in terms of dispatch is obvious.

I made a big order with Goodhood almost two weeks ago, expecting it to arrive in time for my mother's 50th birthday. However it has still not been delivered. I have also not yet received a confirmation of the order being dispatched. This is obviously disappointing as I would expect the order to have at least been sorted and dispatched by now, 5 business days later.

Very unhappy with customer service. I paid for next day pick up and my order was not ready for collection until over a week later. I emailed the customer service email 3 times querying the whereabouts of my item, with no response, and called the phone number listed on the website only to be told to email them! Very unhappy with this service, and would expect a full refund on the shipping I paid for.

Ive never had a delivery come within the expected time and have consistently had issues with customer service. I had an email on Monday telling me my order had been dispatched and every day since then (now Thursday) I’ve been contacted letting me know it couldn’t be delivered before my time slot for postage was even over.

Paid for next day delivery for gf birthday present before holiday on Tuesday. Didn’t arrive til Saturday. Pls refund my shipping fee. No one picked up the phone, no one replied on insta. Terrible customer service

In truth the service from GH is very, very poor you start to get a feeling that I every time you order with GH it’s some sort of ‘crazy game’ will I or won’t I get my delivery? Will my delivery be on time? Will my delivery be accurate? Will my delivery be refunded due to lack of stock? The list is endless but by now I’m sure you get the drift! This is a huge shame as I always want to support the little guy I’m an avid fan for independent concept stores and have always shopped preferably with them, but ‘ by GH own admission’ there is a agreement that the service if very poor and certainly not to the standard of which it should be! My advice is yes it maybe worth purchasing online with GH but do not expect delivery to be on point and be prepared for disappointment, this can also be said for there return policy, Receive an item can take 7 days return an item can take 7 days (don’t forget to submit for approval on line prior) refund can take 5 working days Process to get you money back can be extremely long and please don’t attempt to call the customer service team they won’t answer just send an email a prey the respond but don’t hold your breath this may also take some time All the above is true to personal experience, this isn’t a personal attack on any of the GH team just pointing out flaws which I believe should be ironed out especially when you consider todays market and the fight the independent shops have on there hands

I placed an order in Jan, was sent the wrong size, at first they got back to me but then it took weeks to get a response, then have been totally ignored since mid march. I sent the incorrect size back and havent got the new pair so out of pocket. Really annoying and sick of chasing to no reply

My online order arrived missing an item. I can’t get in touch with anyone from the shop since first emailing 2.5 weeks ago - the phone line when you call says to email for a response in 48 hours. I’ve tried Instagram DMs and comments and they have been ignored. I’d strongly recommend that no one makes an online order from the shop as if they make a mistake there appears to be no way to get it fixed or get your money back.
