“In real life, this is the best clothing store i’ve been to. Very helpful, patient and nice crew. Online, the service could be a little bit improved. I’ve asked a question via email regarding the stock of a product on Sale but there was no reply from the helpdesk. I just bought the product because of fear of selling out.”

“Shipping time between ordering and shipment can be slow, although there is comms to say there maybe a delay, often these comms are slow to come though. Other than that a fab shop, fab range of gear…I love it!! 🥰”

“I was looking to buy a Korean brand perfume, which was stocked by them in the UK. I was thrilled to find that they stocked the sample set so I could try before committing to a full size. Unfortunately, one of the samples leaked (the one I really wanted to try). I was still able to smell the fragrance, just not on my skin. I went on to purchase the full size. But initially I was disappointed. I emailed Goodhood to explain what had happened but didn't receive a response.”

“Been a local loyal customer but when there was a tiny mark on the last T-shirt and the manager refused to give a little discount. The money is small, Goodhood is still a place I love to go shopping but you know they don't really value how you feel.”
