The journey that commenced as a hopeful investment opportunity took a sharp turn towards devastation, resulting in a loss of $47,100. Discovering that I had fallen victim to a scam left me grappling with a mix of emotions - embarrassment, anger, and a sense of uncertainty regarding my next course of action. Amidst my quest for a remedy, I stumbled upon RESORUS.COM, a company that initially gave me pause. Their professionalism, however, shone through brightly. Right from the start, their team treated me respectfully, articulated the recovery process in a transparent manner, and steered clear of making any grandiose pledges. Their consistent communication and efforts to keep me informed throughout the process were a reassuring presence. To my pleasant surprise, their endeavors bore fruit by successfully recovering a sizable portion of the funds I had previously deemed lost forever.

I've ordered before and was quite happy until now. However, this time around it took a while to get the item sent. Feels like if I didn't ask what was going on, the item might have not been sent at all. The helpdesk team was helpful though, and after I contacted them, the things were set in motion. I was just hoping for a more speedy delivery, similar to other shops like END. or MHL. As of writing that review, I'm still waiting for the item...almost 2 weeks.

First time purchasing from goodhood and not the best of experiences. Item had been sent out damaged so no quality control. After receiving the broken items and making contact several times including pictures of the damaged contents I heard nothing back so asked PayPal to step in to refund me which they did. A guy called Ben from Goodhood then got intouch offering his apologies and offered me a good will gesture of discount off a next purchase. No thanks and won’t be making abother purchase.

I ordered three of the same item as gifts. One of them came without tags and had very clearly been opened. I sent four emails to Goodhood requesting assistance and did not receive a reply. I even tried sending from multiple email addresses just in case my messages were going to a spam folder. After reading several other reviews, it is apparent that this company has a practice of ignoring customer service emails. I previously had a very good experience with a purchase from Goodhood, so I'm particularly disappointed. If you are considering purchasing from this company, operate under the assumption that your purchase is a final sale because it doesn't seem you will get any help if you want to make a return or there is a problem with your item.

Ordered two weeks ago and the item has not yet dispatched. They haven't been responding to my emails, nor have they refunded me for an order returned previously. I cannot recommend this business.

Slow customer service. Original item i purchased never arrived, I was refunded for only part of the order. The gift card i used for the purchase was never refunded. Customer service very slow in responding, but was resolved after a week.

While I know the brand of the clothing I purchased pays zero attention to packaging, it's unacceptable for a boutique of your reputation to slap a high-value item into a box with no inner protection or at least a decent presentation. This could've easily been alleviated with something primitive, like tissue paper. I regret not buying the item from any of your competitors, so I suggest a reality check as a customer of 6-7-odd years who will not make another GH purchase, probably ever.

I love Goodhood but I’d ordered a gift online which wasn’t quite right and when I went to return it, I was already outside of the two week return policy. A two week return policy leaves little room for deciding and returning an item.

The store is cool and all but the loyalty program feels a little off. It’s still cool though, it looks nice to accumulate points but you can’t really use them.

I ordered something pretty expensive and no one thought it was a good idea to let me know there was an issue with my order until I decided to email 2 weeks later asking for an update. Turned out the item I purchased wasn’t actually in stock, but they decided to take my money and not say anything. I’d expect this from a big company, not a small one of 40 staff.

Charged an expensive delivery fee (no option for standard delivery, only express) but shipped the product late, making it a waste of money. You then ignored my email pointing this out. If i was having a Karen moment I'd say - offer a standard delivery fee if you can't process orders on time or reply to customer emails.

Nice website and products but customer service was so frustrating to deal with compared to bigger sites like End, Mr P, Represent etc. Will avoid in future.

Went into the store to order and collect from store. The store failed to email me when the item had arrived. Waited over a week and had to chase, only to be told the item had been received at the store the day after I ordered it! Not the best intro to Goodhood.

Been regularly shopping at Goodhood for the past 15 years and it’s always been a pleasure. Some of the new staff you’ve got recently are so unhelpful and disinterested that its actually become quite an unpleasant experience to shop in store. Not all the staff thankfully but you need to address it.

Pretty disappointed, ordered two items and paid for next day delivery. Only one item came and upon talking to customer services, I was informed the other hadn’t even been processed. I was told the delivery charge would be refunded but would not trust again.

Disappointing experience. Ordered a t-shirt. Received an email after 2 days stating delays due to high order demand. 3 days later another email thanking me for waiting and at the same time a refund notification. I am Assuming this means my order has been cancelled. It’s disappointing to be let Down with a purchase but made more so by the lack of exemption clear communication. I have had a similar experience before and will likely avoid in future.

Thought the delivery charge was a bit high but was okay with it. Lack of free returns is really disappointing. Returns process wasn’t simple either.
