Their items are too expensive. I like to find the items that I like and find them cheaper elsewhere. Also they don’t stock my shoe size (size 12).

I have been a very regular shopper at Goodhood for a few years until very recently. I would purchase a couple of items a month at least. A while ago I reached the insider level of their loyalty scheme having spent over £1k in the past 12 months, but have since stopped shopping with Goodhood due to being misled about the benefits and the follow-up interactions I had with their customer service team. Specifically, the website and the email received state that at the Insider level, you will receive a £50 voucher. However, after being unable to use the voucher online or in store, the customer service team told me (after 2 weeks) that the voucher requires a min spend of £100. This is not mentioned anywhere in the t&cs online or in email. When I challenged customer service with this and showed them the email I received, they effectively told me tough luck and refused to escalate it beyond the person dealing with the email. So I am now actively choosing other retailers to shop with and have taken my money elsewhere. Btw, the site still states at insider level you get a £50 voucher with no stipulations mentioned on the account page, or in the help section FAQs.

I purchased this item before going away on holiday for two weeks. They were there when I got home but unfortunately they had been wrongly listed as size ‘S’ on the website. In fact, they were size ‘5’ based on Folks standard numbered sizing. So, there actually XL and did not fit me. As your returns is only 14 days I can’t return them so overall I’m not at all happy with the customer service here.

Afraid I can't go through the hassle of ordering from these guys anymore. 4 of my last 7 orders have either been the wrong item, or damaged, and I've had to return them. No discount codes or anything else are ever offered. The last order I made, the site said delivery was delayed, then nothing else for 4 days. When I chased I was told they didn't have the item in stock. They have a nice selection on their site but you're better off buying direct from the brands.

For some reason I could not get this parcel delivered to my home address it was collection or pick up from a DPD point only. My parcel arrived at the DPD point however DPD did not issue me with a QR code and as such the store would not release my parcel. I tried to contact DPD with no luck initially, I also contacted GoodHood and had no response. After an hour on the phone and several trips to the store the parcel was finally released but it took up so much of my time to sort! I will not be buying from you again.

These smell absolutely amazing, the product itself is excellent. But I was shocked by the amount of packaging that they were delivered in. They could have easily been sent in a reinforced envelope, but arrived in something bigger than a shoe box filled with plastic wrap. It seemed a little bit tone deaf in todays climate

I love you guys, geniunely, love your aesthetic and your shop is great. But I ordered something and then you took a while to deliver it. I understand that its difficult right now but you then also cancelled one of my items, which suggests that you have a warehouse problem that needs to be addressed I am currently looking for part time work so if you wanted to reach out to me to potentially come and work for you, please do.

You've asked me to write a review, but my order hasn't actually arrived yet. It took 5 days to get an order confirmation (even though the money had been taken from my account), and when I emailed for some help, no one replied. They still haven't. It's been almost a week since I ordered (on Wednesday, it's now Tuesday) and I don't have the Tee. I thought that DHL express (not cheap) would have it here by now. It was a birthday gift and the birthday has passed. I could overlook the delay, but the fact that no one got in touch to assist me and now you've asked for a review is just daft. I expected better and am quite disappointed.

Parcel sent by DPD. Out for delivery notification; checked later day said was g being sent back to goodhood. Tried to ring but impossible to speak to human unless known extension number. Told to email, emailed. Told 2 working days for a reply (no reply 4 working days later), and chaser email sent. As result had to buy gift again and will have to wait on reply to get refunded on 1st purchase.

Ordered nearly two weeks ago now and still nothing has turned up. Had an email saying 'shipment is on the way' - but the tracking number doesn't work. I got in touch with the help email address to ask for an update from them 4 days ago - and no reply from them. And one of the items I ordered was not available in the end. So ... not great.

I paid 5£ for the gift wrapping service yesterday to then find out none of the prices had been removed on the items. Why bother including a gift receipt if all the individual prices are left on? It seems petty to complain but this has left me resenting the extortionate wrapping fee.

Non existent delivery times at checkout - Very slow communication after my order on dispatch and delivery. In fact still waiting to find out when it's going to be delivered 4 days after ordering. I think if you pay over £5 for delivery you should have a time frame of delivery

This jumper arrived in the packaging but had a rip in the front of the plastic and honestly, this jumper feels like it has already been worn. There were some faint marks on the front and the fleece lining felt like it has already been washed.
