Hello I have been going to goodhood for years, and on my last trip it was the first time i saw the new store layout. Personally i preferred the old layout with a larger menswear area downstairs. I bought a few items which i brought back to paris and i discovered this morning one of the security tags was left in a shirt. If you know how to get it off without bringing it back to London please could you let me know

My in store purchase was fine but the member of staff said he would arrange for a pair of shoes that were in the warehouse but not in store to be sent to the store so I could pick them up. I never heard from him again.

Postage prices for receiving and returning (£7!?) are totally out of line with their competitors - wont be shopping here any more

Good quality products as always, but last order was a bit frustrating - I had ordered for next day delivery, but received part of my order next day and part of it the following day. This was not communicated clearly by Goodhood and led to some confusion when I opened the first parcel and could see it was not my full order. But all was ok once I figured it out and the second parcel arrived. This won't stop me ordering from Goodhood, but also was not the best customer experience.

The store is beautiful, all the clothes are amazing. It’s hard to to buy everything you see. But customer service doesn’t exist. There are customers but no service. Team is not welcoming and if feels you’re bothering them asking for any information or sizes.

It’s fine they need to get better in having stock of a lot of products. Also everytime the start sales you can’t find stock of anything, only small sizes or extra large ones.

Unfortunately it was unclear that a particular pair of shoes was not in store but actually in a warehouse far away, so I could not try them on when I arrived at the store. In the future it would be amazing if you could have information like this available to potential customers on the website itself.

Goodhood have a nice website with an interesting selection of stuff. Their delivery was a bit slower than the estimate on their website's "delivery" page, and in the 3 weeks since my purchase they've somehow sent me 7 separate marketing emails, which feels kind of spammy for a mailing list I didn't make an active choice to sign up to.

14 days for a refund is a ridiculously short time. I had bought it early as a gift and when I needed to return it due to the size being wrong, and looked at the process, I was out of time . I’ve never come across such a short period to return something. It’s always 28 days minimum!

Lack of options for collecting from courier, after only one attempt DPD kept my parcel at local depot for 5 days without option for collecting or redelivery. Contacted Goodhood and the only solution was return my order to the shop so they can send it again to me…still waiting.

My parcel was left in my porch by Dpd. They said it was delivered to me. Which was a lie because I was at work and can prove it. So my parcel Was stolen. Dpd started an investigation and basically treated me so,so badly with the way I was questioned. Making me feel like they were accusing me of lying, when its there fault for leaving it in my porch, in a high crime area. Goodhood have been brilliant and immensely respectful... but this whole experience has made my health condition worse. Its a shame that I can not choose my delivery company in the future because I would never choose Dpd after my dreadful experience with them. When it was their fault for leaving a parcel in my porch and saying I received it,, when no one was home.

Didn’t have the item in stock that I had ordered and it took them over a week to tell me and refund me. Had to chase twice. Meanwhile I’d paid for next day shipping so had to ask that to be refunded. Not overly impressed.
