“It's was a day late on delevery, I called to see if any thing could be done about this is was needed on the day requested but no one called me back. The jumper was not box or wrapped well. For a jumper that cost £95 I would expect for it to be better presented. I love goodhood but on line could be improved.”

Hi Charlotte, we're really sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the packaging, we usually have great feedback on our wrapping and delivery services. We aim to get all parcels out within 1-2 days and unfortunately in this case there was a delay at DPD's depot causing your parcel to be late. We try our very best to provide the best possible service to our customers and the delay was communicated to you by DPD as soon as possible however please be reassured that this isn't the usual high standard we expect from our delivery provider and we hope this doesn't happen again.
