Last year I placed an order and received a message that all in my order was damaged in transit and of course they were out of everything I had ordered. This year I thought I would give them another chance. So instead of B&BW I ordered goose creek, and spent close to $150 with guaranteed Christmas delivery. I got the confirmation but that’s it. I reached out only to be told they were working on it. Working 24/7 to get orders fulfilled. I had to go buy other gifts to replace these. I will stick with B&BW as their shipping is fast! Going to try for a full refund from Goose Creek! Never again will be a customer.

Their products are typically decent for the price. And normally they are pretty efficient shipping orders. However i placed an order 12/7/2024 and it literally just shipped today!! A day late and a dollar short...i had to purchase replacement gifts after a few emails back and forth they didn't seem to care to much will definitely rethink shopping here unfortunately

2 of 4 candles ordered were broken. Contacting company was difficult at best. I would NEVER order from them again. I’ll encourage those considering a purchase to buy a candle in person and not await disappointment from this company when broken candles arrive.

Ordered on Dec 8th for guaranteed shipping by Christmas. Got several emails that they were shipping out within 24 hours. Never shipped. Canceled order 2 days before Christmas. Horrible. Don’t advertise something you can’t provide.

Same as everyone else. Ordered 12/10 and still no tracking as of .12/23/24. I have sent several emails and I get form letters in response. One of the emails said they had gone viral this year and were behind. Change your website information. I just checked and it still says that it ships in 3-5 days. It is 3-5 weeks not days and that info needs to be changed. Terrible customer service. No one cares that you went viral. You can’t handle your business. You have created a lot of damage to your brand. Hire more people or change you shipping information.

Goose Creek just barely shipped my order I placed a month ago. These were Christmas gifts that now won’t be here till after the new year. There is no customer service hotline and no email for support contact! Horrible buisness and would not ever attempt to purchase from this company again

I order numerous candles on December 8th as Christmas gifts and the order didn’t even ship until 12-24-24! This is ridiculous!!! Horrible customer service! I’ll never order again!

You didn't make me happy 1st of all , I ordered 2 and a half weeks before Christmas and it's still going to be late, 2. now I have to pivot to something else on the special day. 3. it's shameful you made sure you got paid first but where are my items. 4. tighten up in your shipping department it's poor customer service to take 2+ weeks at the holiday to deliver anything .

Ordered Dec 7th , did not get updated with shipping info until submitting a support ticket, product will not arrive until Dec 27 at the earliest. Without a doubt one of the worst decisions I've made is buying anything from this company . Will be charging these back .

I ordered candles on December 8 with guaranteed Christmas delivery. They just shipped my order the day before Christmas Eve and won’t arrive till at least December 27. You can’t just call the company and talk to somebody you have to put in an email request and then 24 to 48 hours they email you back worst customer service ever when someone finally emailed me back to compensate for this issue. They gave me a five dollar gift card that won’t even buy one candle that is completely ridiculous and bad customer service so I am going to report them to the Better Business Bureau.

I placed a big order through a holiday promotion on dec 8th guaranteed delivery before Christmas. I contacted them on dec 17th because my order hadn't been processed yet. I then contacted them on dec 24th because it had yet to be even processed. Then seconds before they responded to my email about a refund my order miraculously processed and now they are giving me the run around about a refund. I was told my order was too far along now for the refund imagine that... Why would you push the order through 16 days after it was ordered knowing the customer is going yo want a refund? Just a shady business all around...good luck

I have ordered from Goose Creek many times and never had an issue until now. I ordered candles that were supposed to be Christmas gifts on December 9th and they have yet to be shipped. I was told they are behind and they appreciate my patience. I understand the Holidays can be busy but this is unacceptable. I now have to rush out and buy gifts to replace the candles.

First time ordering and will be my last! Ordered 12/11 and I’ve yet to get a tracking number! All they do is text staying order will be shipped soon! The customer service is below zero! I ordered because my coworker likes candles and i couldn’t do gift exchange for work because i didn’t receive my order yet!

Pretty much the same across the board. Terrible company GARENTEED DELIVERY BEFORE CHRISTMAS. ordered on the 8th nothing . TEMU ships faster. I don't care how busy you are you fly your banner of GARENTEED delivery before christmas then you make sure that you can support your promise. It's called FALSE ADVERSTISEMENT. You lured in thousands of customers with a promise to buy from you and delivery before christmas. I believe you need to pay the shipping and give out a few free candles. It's your fault not your consumers. GOOSE CREEK CANDLES YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED. I WILL MAKE SURE I CIPY AND PASTE THIS EVERYWHERE.
