I sent an email on 12/13 to customer service and they did respond only to say they have my order. The email also stated that because of there candles going viral is the reason for the late shipping. Unacceptable excuse”
“This place deserves NO STARS ! RUN! Stay far away. I've seen the ads and received dozens of offers. So, I finally decided to give this company a chance and placed an order for two Christmas candles on December 8th. After a week, with my order still unshipped, I emailed them. I finally received a response days later saying they are busy and have my order. What?! I wasn't even given an estimated time of arrival after stating that I ordered Christmas candles. My order still hasn't shipped. This is definitely my first and last order. All emails and advertisements will be unsubscribed from after this order is filled or a refund is given.”

The recipient will be out of the country from 12/22-01/05, and will incur a $5.00/day fee for her apartment to hold the package. I need to cancel the order but can't reach anyone at the company to cancel this order. What was meant to be a nice surprise is now going to be a costly fee 10X more than the cost of the candle.”
“I ordered the 4 pack 3 wick Christmas collection. âNewâ so sadly disappointed. No fragrance while burning. I questioned the scent right out of the box it was hard to smell them. After ordering I also had to continue to ask where is my order. Wonât bother with this company again.”

“Horrible customer service only refused to contact you via text messaging four out of six candles came to me broken and shards of glass everywhere and they refused to pay for the $6.99 shipping. They say they cannot refund that! will not ever use them again please donât if you donât have to. They also replaced candles if they did didnât have enough of them without even telling me with the worst smelling stuff Iâve ever had not recommended ever.”

“I spend well over 100 every few months, because I love the smell but the candles do not last long at all! Then I ordered about 10 candles for gifts for Christmas one of them was broke so I sent pictures through email showing them. They are saying they cannot upload the pictures which is odd because I send pictures through email all the time for family they are declining to assist me any further until I mail a picture of this broken candle to them. Customer service is horrible! I will never order from them again! I heard somethingâs about this company not allowing their employees to leave during the horrible tornado that went through there, so this just put the nail in the coffin!”
